Mustangs Baseball was started in 2008 and is a baseball organization that promotes the sport of baseball in Roseville
Ca. and surrounding areas. Our organization is set up to foster a positive learning experience in which
our players grow mentally, physically and emotionally by using the lessons learned in the game of baseball.
Our Mission Statement and Team Philosophy:
The mission of the Mustangs Baseball Team is to provide the youth of our community with a quality environment which promotes
sportsmanship, instruction, teamwork and the enjoyment of the baseball experience.
The Mustangs philosophy is to teach good sportsmanship, to play the game hard and to have fun while doing so. Winning
at any cost is not the priority of our team. We feel that while winning is always fun, we want to accomplish that goal
in the correct way.

*NEWS FLASH*
6/15: Practice Cancelled.
Memorial Day Tournament:
12s: On Saturday, the "Little 'Stangs" Split their games
going 1 and 1 by beating the Blast 7-3 and dropping a
game to the Loomis Pirates 4-12. Primed for Sundays
action, the 'Stangs lost to the Vacavillians 6-9 and bounced
back to beat the Storm 8-6 for a 2 and 2 record for the
weekend.
13s: Saturday started well with the 'Stangs taking a close
game against the EG Dirtbags 5-4 then beating up on the
NV Desert Dogs 9-2 in a shortened game to go 2-0 on
Saturday. The 'Stangs hopes were dashed in Sundays
games, dropping a 13-5 decision to H-90 and 5-4 against
the SA Storm. Our defense let us down against H-90 where
the boys just couldn't make a play. And, I've got to add this,
the base umpire was HORRIBLE on Sunday. I counted 4
absolutely horrible calls and 2 very questionable calls that went
against us.
12u Update:
** The 12s will continue to practice and resume tournament
play after LL AllStars.
13u Update:
We'll be practing 2 times per week:
- Tuesdays 5-7 at Heritage Oaks (fielding)
- Sundays 10-12 at Mahany Park (hitting)
